Shipping policy

Please note that we only ship out Monday through Saturdays , with the exception of US holidays.

Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and verification, and (an additional 7-10 business days for Ground or 2 business days for 2-Day Air) for delivery.

Order & Shipping Policy

We keep our customers updated on all orders through email notifications. If your item is a pre-order, please note that processing and delivery can take 2–14 business days before arriving at your doorstep. Regular orders are shipped promptly, and tracking details will always be provided once your package is on the way.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. All shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.
Shipping is calculated based on the weight and distance from our facility.

Please note that tracking information will only be updated online one (1) business day after your order has been shipped.
